How Does Our Referral Program Work

The referrer gets acquainted with the terms of the referral program on the site, and then fills out an online application form, in which gives us the contact details*,Briefly describes the company that the referrer recommends**,indicates the business domain to which the recommended company belongs,and specifies information about the projects.

After filling out and sending the form, our manager analyzes the application form. In case the referral is a new client of Code & Care (with whom there was no previous cooperation) and meets all the preliminary requirements, the referral becomes a member of the referral program. When Code & Care signs an agreement, the referrer receives a basic reward of 5% of the project cost as soon as the referral completes full payment
